Medieval Warriors No.2. I was asked to create six pen & ink illustrations depicting medieval warriors for a book publisher. I enjoyed working on these pieces and spent quite a bit of time working and reworking them. Once submitted, I was commissioned to create two more medieval character illustrations by the same publisher. I worked for this publisher for over 14 years until they ceased publishing. I think I was one of the first illustrators to work with them and was also one of the last. I received a lot of work from them over those years including a number of cartography commissions.
