Mythic Europe map
Mythic Europe Map. I was commissioned to create this map back in 1992 for the publishing company, White Wolf Publishing. This map was rendered by hand, including the type, as a single piece of artwork. It took a while to put this piece together due to the amount of detailing required and there was an element of danger since the type had to go on perfectly -- the type could not be easily fixed once put in place, although I did seamlessly fix two misspellings. The final art was printed at 11x17-inches but the original art was rendered at around 125% or larger. This map art was used as a map insert in an 8.5x11-inch Mythic Europe softcover book.
