Bumblebee I have always been fascinated with Bumblebees. When I worked in the woods for a summer job one year, where we encountered a number of Bumblebees that were half the size of golf balls. I sold a number of prints of my artwork piece to people decorating their children's bedrooms. I chose a 19th Century etching plate style for all of my animal art series pieces. Strangely, many Bumblebees people see need not be Bumblebees. I have, in my youth, often mistaken Carpenter Bees as Bumblebees because they look similar. From what I have read, to be stung by a Bumblebee, they must caught inside your clothing, next to your body. They are incapable of landing on you and stinging you.
